Warehouse Supervisor – Brownsburg, IN

Compensation: $52,000–$65,000 + Benefits & Incentives

We’re looking for a  hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of our Brownsburg, IN distribution operations. This is a leadership role where you’ll set the pace, drive efficiency, and ensure accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory flow.
• Be Present: Work alongside your team to maintain high standards and productivity.
• Ensure Accuracy: Monitor order checking, packing, and documentation to minimize errors.
• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Guarantee timely, accurate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain Inventory Integrity: Conduct cycle counts and spot checks regularly.
• Coach & Develop: Set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
• Drive Safety & Efficiency: Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment while identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
• Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping platforms, and inventory control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification preferred
