Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support team productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in inventory control, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily tasks such as order picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
• Train and mentor new team members on safety procedures and operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with warehouse management or scanning systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
