Job Description

We're seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at La Grande Urgent Care. Here you will be an integral part of caring for the community. This position offers a highly sought after shift based schedule of 7 on, 7 off. Allowing maximum rest time between work shifts. New grads are encouraged to apply!

• 14 shifts per month, working 7 on/7 off

• 100% outpatient
• Provider autonomy
• 10 hour shifts M-F, 8 hour shifts on weekends
• Annual compensation starting near $140,000

Minimum Qualifications

Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner, ability to obtain an Oregon license

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
