Salary: $124,410 - 203,610 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s Degree with six or more years of experience in Application Design and Development, or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with eight or more years of similar experience.
• I have a background in insurance and financial services.
• I possess experience managing vendor resources and relationships.
• I am proficient in the M365 platform, managing applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• I have collaborated with Governance and Privacy teams to ensure necessary controls within the M365 environment to meet organizational objectives while managing risk.
• I have prior experience in creating and managing a service catalog that directs business users toward effective solutions for standard issues.
• I have a background in people management.
• I possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• I excel at analytical and problem-solving tasks.

Responsibilities:

• I lead onshore and offshore resources toward a collaborative future state that utilizes AI effectively.
• I create and maintain a service catalog to guide business users to suitable solutions for common challenges.
• I align M365 functionalities (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.) with business objectives and IT strategy.
• I implement policies related to data retention, access control, naming conventions, and lifecycle management for compliance and consistency through the Avepoint platform.
• I guide offshore partners (ZCC) to deliver professional results according to the service catalog.
• I partner with Governance and Privacy teams to ensure that we provide necessary controls within the M365 space to achieve organizational goals at appropriate risk levels.
• I ensure compliance with legal holds and other requirements.
• I oversee vendor and internal support teams to maintain uptime, address issues, and escalate when necessary.
• I develop training and educational resources for end-users to support the adoption of collaborative business tools.
• I work with the Digital Workplace Enablement Lead to strategize communications regarding changes.
• I organize events for power users/citizen developers to share talent across the organization.
• I contribute to learning opportunities in M365 expertise for Zurich North America colleagues.
• I manage the M365 license strategy to align with organizational goals, analyze usage patterns to optimize licensing, and assess new M365 capabilities for potential ROI and operational efficiency.
• I ensure optimal use of licensed M365 features and minimize redundant third-party spending.
