• Plan and book family-friendly vacation packages, including resorts, tours, and activities suitable for all ages.
• Work closely with clients to understand their family’s travel preferences and recommend suitable options.
• Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Provide expert advice on family destinations, attractions, and travel tips to ensure a smooth trip.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including the use of travel booking platforms and customer management systems.
