About the Role: AaraTech Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support testing activities across software projects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in quality assurance, learn various testing methodologies, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business and functional requirements to create effective test plans.
• Develop and execute test cases , test scenarios , and test scripts (manual or automated).
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps .
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and compatibility testing.
• Validate data, UI functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, BA teams, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Assist with UAT support , test evidence documentation, and release readiness.
• Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Tester.
• Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail , or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
