Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for providing high-quality patient care across various settings. This role requires the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and medical imaging.
• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills
Ideal candidates should have a passion for functional and aesthetic medicine.

• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation.
• Skills in IV insertion, phlebotomy,
• Strong communication skills for patient education and health coaching.
• All training will be provided
• At least 3 years in clinical practice desired but not required
• ability to obtain DEA
• Valid and active WI license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
