Total Quality Lending (TQL) is hiring hungry, experienced Loan Officers to join our high performance Consumer Direct team. We’re a purpose driven, family owned mortgage bank based in Carmel, Indiana, poised to scale nationwide.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer
• Consumer Direct preferred
• Confident on the phone, resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Understand or are eager to learn investor focused loan products (DSCR, 1099, STR, Bank Statement, etc.)
• Looking for a team first culture that rewards performance and values people over politics
• Willing to work full time, in person at our Carmel, IN office
