Immediate opportunity • Sign-on bonus: $1,000 ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 180 days)

Location: 1825 E National AveBrazil, IN 47834

Starting pay: $21.82/hour + $0.75/hr shift differential for evening and night shifts

Shifts: Evening 3:00pm–11:30pm • Night 11:00pm–7:30am

A day in the life

You’ll begin your shift reviewing job orders and prepping tooling, materials, and line components. From there, you’ll set up and safely run production equipment—machining, processing, assembly, or packaging—keeping a sharp eye on quality, throughput, and safety procedures. Throughout the day, you’ll inspect, clean, and maintain machines, support junior operators, and move equipment or materials between the warehouse and production areas using industrial trucks and other vehicles. When performance drifts, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and recommend improvements so the line runs better next time.

What you’ll do

• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment across machining, processing, assembly, and packaging.
• Stage supplies and set up lines before executing job orders; run equipment efficiently and safely.
• Keep equipment in safe, reliable condition; perform routine cleaning and repairs as needed.
• Inspect for wear, malfunctions, or needed replacements and coordinate timely fixes.
• Complete regular preventive maintenance to protect capacity and product quality.
• Coach and assist junior operators with tasks and best practices.
• Evaluate machine performance and propose improvement actions.
• Operate trucks/industrial vehicles to move equipment between warehouse and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies in every task.

What you bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Willingness to work holidays and overtime as needed.
