Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance goals and metrics
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand image
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using chat and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
