About the Role

We are looking for freelance photographers and videographers to capture photo/video during our live events, taking place in early and mid-2026. We are also building long-term relationships with reliable contractors for future opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Follow a shot list to capture photos throughout event day
  • Record short video clips for social media and recap purposes
  • Conduct brief interview testimonials using provided questions
  • Upload all raw content within 24 hours (No editing required unless previously agreed upon)
  • Attend a short pre-event logistics meetings (compensated)

You Are a Good Fit If You

  • Have a strong eye for composition and visual storytelling
  • Are comfortable photographing and filming people in real-time environments
  • Own a DSLR or mirrorless camera such as Canon or Sony
  • Are reliable, organized, and comfortable working on event days with extended hours (8-12 hours)
  • Can travel locally within your region using your own transportation
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, coachable, and conducts themselves professionally. 

Compensation

Rates typically range from 100 to 500 dollars per event day, depending on equipment, experience, and scope of work.
