Description Job Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, deep digital expertise, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results across channels. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid media), and managing budgets to maximize ROI. The Director will leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to improve performance, mentor a growing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel growth. Requirements Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. + 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + Proven success developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI. + Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). + Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. + Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. + Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. + Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities. + Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency across channels. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience managing external agencies and vendors. + Strong background in performance marketing and campaign optimization. + Creative and data-driven approach to marketing innovation.
