Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes.
• Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

You should be proficient in:

• Commercial Plumbing
• Plumbing
• Journeyman’s License
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)

Salary info:

$35 - $42 / hr
