Summary: The Workforce Coach supports Guadalupe Centers’ Workforce Development & Adult Education Department, a Financial Opportunity Center (FOC), by guiding community members toward career and financial stability. This role recruits participants for training, education, and employment programs; conducts career assessments; and delivers job readiness and advancement strategies. The Workforce Coach also facilitates job placements, supports long-term retention, and connects clients to the FOC’s comprehensive career and financial services.

This job operates in a professional office environment in the community served. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
