Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler 2 to join their team. As an Assembler 2, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and proficiency with hand tools, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Assembler 2 **Location:** Lebanon, OH **Pay Range:** $0.01 **Shift:** Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM **What's the Job?** + Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. + Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical instructions with accuracy. + Operate hand and power tools safely; certifications may be required for cranes, forklifts, and other equipment. + Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as needed. + Complete work order documentation, quality records, and accurately log labor hours. **What's Needed?** + 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field. + High School Diploma or GED. + Experience working with standard hand and power tools, both pneumatic and battery operated. + Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values. + Able to identify mechanical parts and electrical components. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a reputable organization in a dynamic environment. + Potential for temporary to permanent employment based on performance. + Engage in meaningful work supporting innovative manufacturing processes. + Gain valuable experience in mechanical assembly and technical skills. + Work within a collaborative team committed to safety and quality. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
